This is a narrative and pictorial description of my semester-long teaching exchange at the University College Cork (UCC; Coláiste na hOllscoile Corcaigh) in Cork, Ireland, which was funded by the Mary Ball Washington Irish Exchange Professorship through the University of West Florida. My primary aim here is to provide future applicants for the Irish exchange program with useful information about UCC and Cork, as well as my experience there.
I taught the three courses within the Department of Applied Psychology from January to mid May in 1994. The courses were: a) a masters seminar in Personnel Psychology (7 students), b) an undergraduate course entitled "Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and c) a graduate Social Psychology course.
